Red River Waste Solutions is a third generation family owned and operated solid waste management company that has been providing waste management and recycling collection services since 1953.  We pride ourselves on providing quality service that includes residential, commercial and industrial service, as well as recycling collection/processing and landfill operations and management services.

In 2014, we partnered with Ironwood Capital and Patriot Capitol, private equity firms that provides growth financing to middle market companies. In particular, Ironwood has a long history of investing in waste management companies and has partnered numerous times with companies like Red River to help them achieve their growth objectives.

The combination of Red River’s operating expertise and Ironwood’s financial support provide a strong platform for future growth in strategic markets. Our goal is to continue to complement our organic growth strategy with acquisitions to increase market share in new and existing markets and enhance operations. We are presently targeting acquisition opportunities with annual revenues ranging from $500k to $10 million.
